Using the service
SelectNSort is a tool for photographers to upload event photos and let clients select from them. By creating an account or opening a gallery, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Photographer accounts are for people running a photography business and must be opened with accurate name, studio, email and WhatsApp details. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on the account, including galleries you send out.
Clients only get access to the events a photographer opened for them. A login code is not a licence to copy the whole archive onto another website.
Your photos
You keep the rights in the photos you upload. You give SelectNSort permission to store them, show them in the galleries you create, and deliver them through our hosting so clients can select.
Do not upload work you do not have the right to share. Do not upload illegal content. We can remove material or close an account that puts the service or other people at risk.
Galleries and shared links
When you send a login code or a shared link, you are choosing who can see that album. SelectNSort cannot police every forward of a WhatsApp message. If a link leaks, delete the event or stop the share from the dashboard.
Plans and payment
Free and Premium limits are shown on the pricing page and in the product at checkout. Premium is billed through Razorpay. Taxes, if any, appear at payment.
If a payment fails, Premium is not switched on. If you were charged and the plan did not update, mail support@selectnsort.in with the payment reference.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break into someone else’s account or gallery.
- Do not overload uploads in a way meant to knock the service over.
- Do not use SelectNSort to send spam under the cover of album messages.
Availability
We work to keep SelectNSort up. Hosting, storage and message providers can still fail. We are not liable for lost bookings or missed selections caused by downtime, a full disk, or a client who never opened the link.
