The basic process is: Create an Event => Upload Photos => Organize Photos => Share with Client => Client Selects Photos. The photographer can then view and manage the client's selections from the dashboard.

SelectNSort is primarily designed for professional photographers, studios, and photography businesses who need an easy way to share large collections of photos with clients for selection.

Yes. You can organize photos into separate folders within an event, such as Pre-Shoot, Haldi, Mehndi, Wedding, Reception, Family, and Couple.

No. Nested folders are not supported. Each uploaded folder should contain photos directly.

Yes. SelectNSort is designed to handle large photo collections. Your available photo capacity depends on your current subscription plan.

SelectNSort will prevent additional photos from being uploaded once the applicable plan limit has been reached. Your existing photos remain safe. You can upgrade your plan if you need additional capacity.

SelectNSort checks the folder structure before starting the upload. If nested folders are detected, the upload is stopped and you are asked to upload the photos using supported folder organization.

Yes. The photographer can share the event's client gallery/shared link with the client. The client can then access the gallery through the provided link and complete their photo selection.

The photographer can generate a shared link for the event/client and send it to the client. The link can be shared through communication channels such as WhatsApp or email.

Yes. Clients can browse the photos and select the images they want. The photographer can then view the client's selections from the dashboard.

Yes. Client galleries are accessed through the application's shared-link and authentication flow. A photographer should only share the gallery link with the intended client.

Yes. You can create separate events for different photography assignments. Each event can have its own photos and folders.

Yes. You can edit the event name from the event's three-dot menu.

Yes. You can delete an event from its three-dot menu. Deleting an event is a permanent action and removes the event's associated photo/folder data and stored event files.

Premium provides access to the Premium subscription offering and its associated photo/event capabilities. The exact limits and benefits depend on the current Premium plan.

A paid Premium subscription is currently designed as a 1-year subscription. Promotional Premium coupons can provide a different duration, such as 1 month, depending on the coupon.

If your account is eligible, go to Subscription Billing → Premium Coupon. Enter the coupon code and redeem it.

No. An already-active Premium photographer cannot redeem another Premium coupon.

No. Each coupon can be successfully redeemed only once.

An expired coupon can no longer be redeemed. Coupon validity and Premium duration are separate.

Your account returns to the applicable Free plan unless you renew or activate another eligible Premium subscription.

Yes. SelectNSort supports online Premium subscription payments through the application's payment system.

If a payment fails, check your payment method and try again. If your account was charged but Premium was not activated, contact SelectNSort support.

Yes. SelectNSort is designed as a web-based application and its interface is responsive. For large photo uploads, a desktop or laptop is generally more convenient.

Yes. SelectNSort can be used for weddings, pre-weddings, engagements, birthdays, events, family photography, portrait sessions, commercial shoots, and other client photo-selection workflows.
